The event will begin on 29 August at 16:00 and will last until 01:00 on 30 August.
Yes. Participation in the event requires prior registration. At the entrance, you will be asked to show the QR code received after registration.
No. The event is organized exclusively for employees.
Yes. At the entrance, in order to collect your wristband, you will be asked to show your QR code and an identity document, such as a company ID or personal ID card.
Parking behind the barrier and parking spaces on the AFAB side will be available. The gravel parking lot will not be available on the day of the event.
Information about the nearest bus connections will be updated before the event. Before leaving, we recommend checking the current route in the JakDojade app or on the carrier’s website.
There is no formal dress code, but outfits inspired by country and western style are welcome.
The menu will be made available closer to the event date and will include the following dish labels: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan.
Non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available in an open bar format throughout the event. Food will be available while supplies will last.
No. Bringing your own alcohol, drinks or food is not allowed. Catering and drinks will be provided on site for event participants.
Yes. The event will take place regardless of the weather. In the event of unfavorable conditions, the organizers will adapt selected activities to the situation on site.
Unfortunately, not. For organizational reasons, animals will not be allowed to participate in the event. Please leave your pets at home.
Yes, as long as you are wearing your participant wristband. Re-entry to the event area will not be possible without a wristband.
